Music is probably the only real magic I have encountered in my life. It moves, it heals, it communicates and does all these incredible things.

Aaron grew up in the western suburbs of Chicago. As a young musician he wrote and played songs in various high school bands. With an ear for perfect pitch and the ability to pick up and master instruments quickly, he moved to Boston to develop his talents at Berklee College of Music. There he studied songwriting and performance while developing his style with other musicians. After graduating, Aaron returned to Chicago to put together Aaron Fox and the Reliables. Their albums "Late Too Soon" and "In Transit" span a 6 year collaboration with Mike Burns, Bob Vodick, and Eric Zygowicz. With two albums under their belt and lots of laughs, the band has since moved on to new projects.

Aaron is continuing to evolve his sound and has a large body of new songs in the works. He is currently looking for new collaborators to play with and established bands that need new songs as well as bookings for opening acts.

Influences:  The Beatles, Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers and Wilco.
